Abstract

The acquisition of children's language cannot be separated from the universality of the language. Children can acquire any language because of the universal nature of language. every human being has falcuties of the mind, that is, the intellectual plots in their mind or brain and one of them functions for the use and acquisition of language. A normal person will get mother tongue in a short time. This is not only because the child receives stimulation, then the child responds, but because every child born is equipped with a set of equipment that gets the mother tongue. Thus, the best effort in developing children's early language abilities is to practice vocals, which are best understood by children, for example. Furthermore, children need to be given the opportunity to speak in front of their parents, none other so that children have the courage to issue vocabulary. This child's linguistic ability needs to be prepared early because the child's linguistic potential can be developed at the age of 0 to 11 years. The toddler age (under three years) is a critical problem in language development, so as parents must use this time as well as possible. In this case, the mother is considered to be the most decisive acquisition and acquisition of children's language skills because in essence the child tends to imitate and follow in the footsteps of his parents, including language, it is recommended not to mention the names of objects with slurred speech.
