KONTRIBUSI KEPEMIMPINAN TPA DARUL FALAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN SANTRI DI PONDOK BARU KABUPATEN BENER MERIAH

Abstract

The leadership of the institution formal and informal is very important to create a conducive climate and systematic for the sake of advancing the educational institutions. The existence of a Manager is to overcome various difficulties and complex on the institution must prepare solutions to address a variety of issues in multimudensional as a strategy of overcoming the problem of leadership that on its own. Formulation of the problem of how the strategy of the leadership of TPA (place of Al-Qur’an recitation) of Darul Falah in improving the quality of education students? How to form the leadership of TPA Darul Falah in improving the quality of education students and what factor endowments and constraints of the TPA Darul Falah leadership in improving the quality of education students? The purpose of this research is to explain and illustrate the leadership of TPA Darul Falah. Strategies in improving the quality of education students to explain the shape of the TPA Darul Falah leadership in improving the quality of education students: to find factors support and leadership of TPA barriers Darul Falah in improving the quality of education students. Qualitative research methods by using the phenomenological approach. The research strategy of the leadership of the TPA in enhancing the quality of Darul Falah education is first, give guidance, check out the card, check the presence of the santri (abseni students), deposit clause (rote), combines the curriculum, graduation tahfidzul the Qur’an, held a smart race closely between TPA, provide reward/prizes, semiannual test/evaluation, direct practice, extra course, tahsin tahfidz, lessons and kitab jawai and Arabic and the custumary of islamic etiguette. Second, to conduct discussion to reach agreement, approach, the relationship between the head of the TPA and teachers, guidance teachers, siraturrahmi, give syahadah Islamic studies, training, coaching. This form of leadership in improving TPA Darul Falah students the quality of education is a form of Partisivative involves the entire Board of teacher/ustadzah and democratic forms, that operates with deliberation. Factor endowments in the leadership there are two factors of compactness and the existence of community contributions (infaq). Constraint factors i.e. internal and external factors.
