A very heavy burden is a determining factor in the occurrence of disorders in a person's psyche. And in reality, psychiatric disorders that will have a negative impact on their daily behavior and even worse people who have psychological disorders will not be able to control themselves. Stress includes psychiatric disorders that can affect anyone. And stress has various effects on the behavior of the sufferer. In this journal, the author puts forward the discussion of stress because in reality a lot of educators especially in Indonesia have various heavy burdens in their teaching activities so that the potential to cause stress disorders. This journal was written using direct observation and interviews to 24 teachers who underwent Accreditation at Nuruzzaman High School. And it was found that the stress level of educators in facing accreditation is quite high from various reasons obtained.
