PELAKSANANAN PEMBELAJARAN KITAB KUNING DI MA’HAD JAMI’AH INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI (IAIN) LHOKSEUMAWE

Abstract

Ma'had Jami'ah Lhokseumawe State Islamic Institute which is inhabited by hundreds of students has been running for four years, the aim is to find out the learning of the yellow book, what methods are used in implementing the learning of the yellow book and what factors are supporting and hindering the implementation yellow book learning in ma'had Jami'ah Lhokseumawe State Islamic Institute of Aceh Province, using a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research study design (Fiel Reseacrh), this study collected data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are the implementation of the learning of the yellow book carried out at Ma'had Jami'ah Lhokseumawe IAIN running as learning is carried out by salafi pesantren in general in Aceh, the yellow book curriculum taught by Fiqh, Nahu, Saraf, Tauhid, Tasawuf , Hadith, Ulumul Hadith, Morals and Tafsir. The methods used in teaching the yellow book are the Qiraat wa tarjamah Method, the Mahfudhat Method, the Murajaah Method, the Mudzakarah Method, the Peer Tutor Method, the Question and Answer Method and the 'Ikrab Sentence Method and which are the supporting factors for learning the yellow book are the mahasantri already have the basic knowledge of the yellow book , high interest, have written regulations, the existence of a book of charity to write violations committed by mahasantri, the availability of yellow book teachers who already have deep knowledge and understanding of the study of the yellow book, while the inhibiting factor is the educational background of students who are different, not all mahasantri have the same passion to study the yellow book.
