IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN BERBASIS SIMPATIKA

Abstract

At present the use of Simpatika in madrasa education units still has problems both from the verification and validity of inputted data processing, account management that is still centralized in madrasa operators or even teachers who still do not understand the process of using simpatika identity data that must be managed by the teaching staff . This paper aims to reveal the implementation of the Simpatics-based teacher and teacher management management information system including; madrasa policies on the implementation of simpatika, simpatika-based teacher and educational data input, and inhibiting factors and the solution to the implementation of simpatika-based PTK SIM in Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Sumedang. This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are using in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results showed that; (1) The policy on the use of Simpatika has been implemented by madrassas under the instruction of madrasa principals through the legality of internal regulation institutions Decree Number: 001 / MAS / SK / SIM.PTK / X / 2015 and is responsible for the madrasa head of curriculum in the field and is run by Madrasa Operators; (2) PTK data input in Simpatika includes the Simpatika teacher and Education Personnel program input, including: printing SKAKPT, Printing SKBK Workload Certificate and ratification of SKMT, PTK printing SKMT (Certificate of Carrying Out Tasks), setting class schedules and class hours ratios, activeness PTK and PTK cards. (3) The inhibiting factor of sympathetic implementation is still lacking of knowledge and the use of simpatika in elderly CARs, the delegation of simpatika account management to madrasa operators by teachers should be managed by individual teacher. The solution is to conduct SIM technical guidance in the madrasas independently, understanding the rights and responsibilities of using individual accounts of simpatika teachers.
