Abstract

Gender equality in Islamic education has been arranged in a very neat and measurable so Marriage is a right and need of every human being. Therefore both man and women should be given the same right to choose who will be a partner in they life. In fact the women was not given the opportunity , event though they forced to marriages with the man who never meet before and choosed by parents. Not a few found in the cases in the community about the destruction of a married with was triggered by force marriage. Forced marriage is an act of parents or guardians who force their children to marry a partner chosen without any consent or willingness of the child. In the Islamic concept of marriage itself there is no compulsion for a person to marry with her parents' choice. Even the concept of gender itself forced marriage is considered as a discrimination against women.
